My Host Company gave me training on different elements like tendering, estimating, subcontractor management, procurement, documentation and client management. Whilst I can't imagine my experience is the standard, I can't thank Premium Graduate Placements enough for what they've done. Finding a job as a graduate engineer is really tough in Australia, especially if you are graduate from overseas university. I proceeded internship with the help of PGP in the matter of a week and started working as a structural engineer. As soon as I heard about PGP, I was really excited about everything they told me about the program and guaranteed that I would receive a vocational placement in a reputable construction company. When I signed on with PGP I was assigned to a Consultant, who was friendly and attentive to my needs. With the submission of my resume with PGP, within 5 days I had an interview with a company of my interested field and began working the next day. After my graduation, I spent quite a while searching for internships and graduate roles on my own but I was out of luck so I decided to join PGP.
