- Assist in front desk operations such as check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests
- Help manage housekeeping operations including room inspections and inventory management
- Assist in food and beverage service, including preparing and serving meals and drinks
- Help plan and execute events such as conferences and weddings
- Participate in training and development programs
- Assist in other hotel-related tasks and projects as assigned
About you
- Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive and professional attitude
