About the role
- Assist with the planning, design, and implementation of telecommunications projects, including network infrastructure, systems integration, and customer solutions
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project coordination, documentation, and testing activities
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to network connectivity, equipment, and services
- Support the development and maintenance of telecom documentation, including network diagrams, specifications, and operational procedures
About you
- Pursuing a degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of telecommunications principles, protocols, and technologies, including IP networking, wireless communications, and data transmission
- Familiarity with telecommunications equipment and tools, such as routers, switches, and network analysers
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of network simulation software is a plus
